Volunteer to Work
Below is a list of the available shifts. Please review
each shift, and click the link in the last column to sign up for
a particular shift. Each week, we will post updated sign-up list
on Yahoo Groups (non-member sellers) or Big Tent (member sellers).
You are not assigned to a shift until shift assignments are sent
out via Yahoo Groups (non-member sellers) or Big Tent (member sellers),
which will be sent approximately weekly. Please wait for
the confirmation Yahoo Groups (non-member sellers) or Big Tent (member
sellers) before checking on your sign-up status. If a shift is full,
we will place you on the waitlist in the order you signed up. We
will also update this page with available spots from time to time.
If you sign up to work a shift and do not show up
or find a substitute, you will not receive the shift credit. Additionally,
you will be deducted an extra 5% for each shift you fail to work
from your total proceeds.
Drop-Off While Working
Thursday night workers will have the opportunity
to check-in and drop-off items that night. Do not bring items to
the fairground buildings until you are asked.
If you are working Friday, Shift #1 or two consecutive
shifts on Friday, we will give you an opportunity to check-in and
drop-off your items. Do not bring your items in until a
C & E committee member tells you to bring in your items.
If you are working one Friday shift other than shift
#1, you must make arrangements to drop-off your items before or
after your shift. Please plan accordingly. If you are working Friday
Shift #2 only, you must plan to drop-off your items after your shift.
For questions, comments, or to remove yourself from
a shift, please e-mail sale.shifts@tvmotc.org.
